Before going any further, I need to say something on the passing of Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh. To say that the man was a musical hero of mine would be an epic understatement. It started when my brother brought home the album Live/Dead and put on Dark Star. I was immediately hooked when I heard the opening bass notes and how they intertwined with the guitar. Hearing Dark Star and Lesh’s bass that day has had an impact on my music that cannot be measured.
Look out of any window,
Any morning, any evening, any day ….
R.I.P. Phil Lesh.
Continuing with my year long project of releasing a new song every month till year’s end, I’ve uploaded a new video. As always, It would be greatly appreciated if you would give it a listen, hit the Like button, share the video, comment, subscribe to the channel, etc.
